2005-on
In 2005 Porsche completely changed the Boxster, amongst other things one change was the roof, it now came as standard with a glass rear window and an extrusion to fix it to the car at the back. The BAS Boxster 987 hood is an exact replica of the original part, even down to the encapsulated rear window, BAS is the only aftermarket company licensed to used this patented technology to be able to produce a hood that is indistinguishable from the original part.
