Rover Hoods

This hood is made as original with heat embossed side panels and a padded window section with grey headlining material on the inside, it has a clear plastic rear window that is welded into the hooding material. The complete hood consists of a hood section and a separate window section.

Our Rover headliner is made as original using grey PVC headlining and has a band of soft flocked material sewn across it where it sits on the roll over bar to stop any vibration noise.

This is the cover that goes over the hood when it is down, it helps to stop the hood frame linkage joints from drying out and getting clogged up with dust build up.

The Rover 214/216 cabriolet roof consists of three layers. The outer-side hood layer, the inner headliner and an interliner or padding, as it is sometimes known. BAS produce this interliner in the same way as original using black cotton cloth and white polyester padding.
